Our goal is to provide you with quality, timely and cost-effective healthcare in a pleasant, professional, patient focused environment. Pine Lake Health is a full service primary care center dedicated to providing care for all ages, newborn to elderly. Our medical staff consists of a board-certified physician, one physician assistant and three nurse practitioners.

Matthew M. Glenn, M.D.
M. D.
Dr. Glenn is a graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. Following graduation he completed his residency program at Lincoln Medical Education Foundation Family Practice. Dr. Glenn is Board Certified by the American Board of American Academy of Family Physicians. He is an active member of American Academy of Family Physicians, Nebraska Medical Association and Lancaster County Medical Society. Dr. Glenn is the sole owner of both Pine Lake Health & Waverly Health Care.
Kylie Parshall, PA-C
PA-C
Kylie Parshall, PA-C is a graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center where she obtained a Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2014. Kylie is board certified by the NCCPA. She is originally from Plattsmouth, NE and attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln for her undergraduate career. Kylie joined Pine Lake Health in January 2018 and is happy to see patients of all ages. In her free time, Kylie enjoys cheering on the Huskers and spending time with her family.
Alyson Ferguson, DNP-APRN
DNP-APRN
APRN Alyson Ferguson, DNP-APRN, obtained her nursing degree from Bryan Health Science in 2014 and her doctorate of nursing practice degree from Creighton University in 2021. Aly is a Family Board Certified Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Aly joined Pine Lake Health & Waverly Health Care in July 2021. She is happy to see patients of all ages. In her free time, Aly enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, traveling, and watching her favorite sports teams, the Huskers, the Green Bay Packers, and the Chicago Cubs.
